Good morning, FCSAA followers! We are finally out of 2020 and starting off the new year with some outstanding Students of the Month. Theatre is up first. Congratulations to the FCSAA Theatre Division Student of the Month for January… Devin Touris of Eastern Florida State College! Devin was nominated by his director, Ms. Jeanine Henry.

Here is what Jeanine shared with us about Devin: “Devin Touris is a delightful young man who has taken our theatre department by storm! As a freshman, he has joined our program with energy and vitality, qualities that are particularly refreshing during these difficult times. Devin was featured in both of our plays during the fall 2020 semester. He is supportive of his classmates, always providing positive, insightful feedback. He is a creative problem-solver who has cheerfully helped with costumes, scenery, and props for our plays. Devin leads by example. He attends all classes and rehearsals, works hard, and prepares his roles with care. He directed one of the ten-minute plays in Crazy Plays for Crazy Days, Part 2: Take It Outside and I have had many people speak positively to me about that particular play when discussing the production. I am glad Devin has joined our program and I am looking forward to working with him at EFSC!”
